2017 The Beginning

2016? 2017!

Okay, I didn't forget my password or decide that 2016 Project Life was a lost cause! I did finish PL 2016, I just didn't have time to post it all. So just let me say 2016 was full of love and joy and excitement and was a really good year for us! Now on to 2017!                                                                                                   This is our year to not only spread light, but to be the light, I feel like this is the beginning of a very dark time for a lot of us; I am going to shine. I hope to be a beacon for anyone who needs a smile, a kind word or even a helping hand. I guess this means this is our year to shine. John 1.5                                

PL 2016 ~ Week Nine

We picked up some things for the house, got to get it ready for closing! We also had to take Fritz to the vet for a boo boo on his head. I told him not to worry, chicks dig scars. All this work and stress made us hungry so we also had to visit two of our favorite places!

PL 2016 ~ Week Eight

We helped Logan and Roxy move into his and Cameron's apartment this week. They have taken care of everything themselves and we are so proud of them. However, we all miss him and Roxy terribly.

PL 2016 ~ Week Seven

Took Tam to the doctor's to get her ankle checked. He said he had taken three bone pieces out and thinks it should heal fine. I thought it was really sweet of her to get dressed up for the visit. :) Fritz was very protective of her the whole week; I think it wore him out. Nafia was just glad he left her alone.

PL 2016 ~ Week Six

This week was spent getting ready for Tam to have surgery on her right ankle. Everybody else just hung out and was there in case she needed anything. I made homemade alfredo for the first time, thanks for the recipe Jacque. Everything went great with Tam's surgery! As we were taking her home she got a text saying we had an offer on our house!!! So exciting! The only thing is we have to be out by April 1st, we haven't even looked at other houses and Tammy can't walk for while. It's ok, we got this!

PL 2016 ~ Week Five

 

I bet you think all we do is hang out with our animals. Well not true, sometimes we travel with our animals! This week Fritz and I visited his Aunt Jacque (my best friend) in Memphis. We left really early so he slept most of the way and then demanded to know were we there yet when he woke up. As you can tell, my arm is his favorite pillow in the car. But what can I do, just look at that sweet face.
