The end of a beautiful year! A year full of beautiful memories, and some very sad ones. The loss of two people who meant so very much to Tammy. A year of reconnecting with old friends. A year of growth. But most of all, a year full of love.
Last Week:Lawn Fawn Turn Me On, Prismacolor pencils
I love spending Christmas with my family. It's the best gift ever. Mom & Pop came to the house for Christmas Eve. Kayley got to came out also. We saw Tam's family for a while Christmas Day, but most of the day we got to spend together just us.
Week 52: Unity Find the Joy, Prismacolor pencils
I've had the best week! It was so full of happy surprises! Next week is my birthday and that's why this week was so awesome. One of my surprises was Duane coming to spend the weekend with us! It was so good to see him. He brought me a birthday cake that said "Mappy Birthmas!" He also went with us when Tam took me to pick up Orion! I had no idea we were getting him so soon! Tammy & Logan also took me to see the new Star Wars! It was fantastic! Oh, don't want to forget the kids. They were too cute dressed up in their "ugly sweaters" for their Christmas party. It really was a wonderful week!
Week 51: Hero Arts Trees, Birds, & Messages, Tombow Markers
We must have been too busy last week because we didn't do anything this week! I hung out with Sasha. Ok I watched her eat, a lot. We also got a picture of our new feathered baby! Can't wait for him to come home.
Week 50: Simon Says Stamp Feathers die
Busy week! We got the house ready for Christmas. Love our new tree and the wreath that Mom & I made. I am in love with our table this year, done with a little help from our "professional" glass blowers! We had a Christmas dinner with our Long family, very nice. Fritz helped me make our Christmas cards. We went to Atlanta and Tam got an early Christmas present, a bonded pair of finches. They are so cute, she named them Fred & Ginger! Sophie likes them too. We had a family dinner at a new place, Burger Fi. Not our favorite.
Week 49: Studio g, Tombow markers, Wink of Stella clear
We had Thanksgiving at our house this year. You can tell who didn't do any work (Pop & Bailey.) :) Tam was a great help and she brought me some beautiful roses. Fritz even offered to help clean up.
Remember I said we had to take the kids to Orbix? Well this week we did. I think they had a good time and of course Tammy and I both had to make another one. So much fun!
Week 48: Studio g, Prismacolor pencils, Wink of Stella clear
Logan & I went to Mom's this week. Fritz went too; he loves to take trips! However, he loves them most when Logan rides with him. Logan got to hang out and have some WOW time. Mom & I stayed busy making wreaths! Of course Fritz helped.
Week 47: Lawn Fawn Bows & Holly, Prismacolor pencils, Wink of Stella clear
What an adventure we had this week! Tam surprised me with a trip to Orbix Hot Glass! We had the most amazing time blowing glass to make ornaments. I actually made one called cupcake, so cute. Oh and we had to drive through a place called Lick Skillet, AL. So funny! We're going to have to bring the kids to do this!!!
Week 46: My Monthly Hero Terrarium Succulent, Prismacolor pencils, Clear Wink of Stella
Not a lot going on this week. Tam and I finally caved and bought a king size bed. Everyone knows it was more for the dogs than us. :) Fritz thinks it's just for him, silly dog!
Week 45: Simon Says Stamp Kelly Purkey Oliver, Penny Black Doggone Sweet, Prismacolor pencils
I love these 90s kids! Logan & Kayley dressed up as Wanda & Cosmo from the Fairly OddParents for Halloween! They look adorable! Kayley did a great job making everything.
This week was also Tammy's 50th birthday! She wouldn't let us give her a big party so we just had dinner with a few friends.
Week 44: Studio g, Prismacolor pencils, Gelly Roll Clear Star pen
This week is 18 years! Eighteen years ago we had our Commitment Ceremony. We've had our ups and downs, good and bad, happy and sad...but we still love each other.
Our first date was at Cypress Inn and we try to go back every year. This year when they found out it was our anniversary they brought us balloons. Love that place; love my wife.
Week 43: Unity Line of Love, Prismacolor pencils
A week in Ohio visiting Terri and then going to see the babies! Terri took Tammy to see Ohio State vs Penn State for her birthday. Tam, Fritz and I went to Short North for the day and of course I had to go to Le Chocoholique, my favorite! We had a wonderful time with the kids at the Toledo Zoo! Fritz made lots of new friends on the trip and was so good. The only sad part of our trip was that Tammy's "work husband" passed away while we were gone.
Week 42: Paper Artsy Tops & Tails 2, Prismacolor pencils
I am a little behind getting my Project Life on here this year so the next few days will be the last weeks of 2015. Project Life 2016 will be coming soon! :)
Not much going on this week. Fritz finally realized that Sasha was alive! He wasn't sure what to think of her but I think she is growing on him. He also wanted to drive this week and wasn't happy when I told him he wasn't old enough. He then decided to sleep the rest of the ride.
