I got married last month!!! After 17 years together we are finally legal! :)
Anyway, the Reverend who officiated at our wedding was just wonderful. This is a card I made for her for all that she did for us. This is the first watercolor card I’ve done and I couldn’t have done it without the advice I got from Kathy Racoosin at Simon Says Create. You should go check out her blog.

I hate talking about myself, so just let me say I’m a writer, a scrapbooker, a painter (cars, rooms, furniture…not pictures), a wood worker, a photographer, a gardener (flowers, not too much on the veggies), an obsessive reader, a baker, and even once a candle maker. If I can take something and change it into something else, even if it just looks different, then I’m happy. I used to teach classes at the LSS. On a quick personal note I have a better half (that really is). I also have the most amazing son. He's so talented and kindhearted. I pretend he gets it from me.8^) On a final note, I recently saw a button that says “Never make excuses for your art.” I’m not sure who said it but I think it’s my creative motto.
