Link Up Love Party with K Andrew

Hey everyone, I’m so excited about Kristal’s Link Up Love Party! The last one was so much fun. It is such a great way to get to know each other and find new blog inspiration. I am always inspired by Kristal’s blog http://www.gettingcricky.com/ and I can’t wait to see what everyone else is doing. After the past month I could use some beautiful inspiration.
I’m supposed to show you one of my favorite projects and I hope my son is okay with me posting this layout! This lo is one of the first I ever did and has three of my favorite things in it: my son, Basic Grey, and things cut with my Cricut. I have to tell you, by the time he cut his hair it was down to his waist. I really missed it after he cut it but he was able to donate a lot of hair to Locks for Love.
I hope you have a wonderful time at the Link Up party and I can’t wait to visit your blog. Stop by and check out the party info at Kristal's

I can tell why this is your favorite--it has your awesome young son on it! When you said that about his hair it reminded me of Samson in the bible--love it!
I wish him so much success in life, and what an amazing mother he has!
Thanks for Linking Up the Love with me at Getting Cricky!

Big Cricky Hugs,
K Andrew of Getting Cricky!

What a great layout! I love it! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. I know all about the hair thing. I have four boys and my older three all have had long hair for quite a few years, but just recently, my oldest two cut their hair short again. It was so strange to see them that way. LOL!

I just became a follower and would love to have you as a follower also. Check out my blog when you get a chance.

I love the LO and your story behind it! For your son to donate his hair to Locks of Love really touches me because I have lost family but also have survivors in my family that in fact received wigs from Locks of Love. I carry the mutated gene for breast cancer so I have to go every six months for a mammo to watch for it! I have to thank Link Up Love Party with K. Andrew because I would not have had the opportunity to follow you otherwise! I love your new motto "Never make an excuse for your art" a definite truth! I too love to garden but I love my veggies and flowers, I write, doodle (draw) but mainly cartoonish very few live, so I see we have a few things in common... even reading and baking too...
